The Infa-Jetron AJB is a silo filter of Infastaub with a cylindrical housing made of stainless steel and a weather hood for dustfree venting of pneumatic fillings of silos and bunkers.
Performance and success of the silo filter Infa-Jetron AJB are based on a combination of up-to-date technology and flexible utilizability. Also, it ensures an effective dust separation and a continuous operating because of the pneumatic cleaning of filter media (filter bags / filter cartridges). Ongoing optimisations of the silo filter extend its applications since product launch. That way the Infa-Jetron AJB is also available up to 1,0 bar Ü pressure shock resistance what has been proven in explosion test.
The AJB assures next to a robust construction by its change of filter media without tools and from the clean gas side. Works in extreme heights are therefore easier and the risk potential is minimized. Compressed air tank, diaphragm valves, nozzle pipes and filter control are mounted weatherproof underneath the foldable weather hood and therefore easily accessible.
Depending on the material, either filter bags or filter cartridges are used. The filter media have a high separation efficiency of up to >99 %. Therefore they are also suitable for finest dusts. The complete cleaning of filter cartridges/filter bags is reached by pressurized air pulses of 6 bar. An electronic control initiates the time controlled cleaning. An optional pressure switch can be installed in order to reduce the pressurized air consumption. In this case cleaning takes only place when necessary.
A special version for lowest temperatures up to -40 °C is as well available as a version for food production, where all components in contact with the product are approved for regulation EU 1935/2005 and EU 10/2011.
Two different sound insulation systems allow operation in noise sensible areas.
Silo filter Infa-Jetron AJB is assigned to following product groups:
- Basic proccessing technologies for powder and bulk material (765)
- Safety and environmental technologies (405)
