Based on the long-standing experience in the screening business, the Artech Ultrasonic Systems AG has developed a solution, which enables to specifically optimize the discharging process and the flowability of bulk material.
By applying the patented Frequency Variation Method, the flowability of fine- to coarse-grained bulk material can be enhanced. The ultrasonic excitation minimizes the static and dynamic friction. Accordingly, by minimizing the wall friction, adhesion issues will be diminished, causing the product to flow continuously or on demand.
Compared to conventional pneumatic and mechanic discharging aids, the ultrasonic flowing-, feeding- and discharging aid is muted and highly energy efficient.
As Artech’s generators do not require an explicit resonance frequency for the ultrasonic excitation, the components are being used in a variety of plants, handling with different types of bulk material.
