VSLM Series Ultrafine Vertical Roller Mill can be widely applied to process large-scale ultrafine powder, encompassing calcite, marble, limestone, barite, talcum, kaolin, dolomite, wollastonite, gypsum, feldspar, pyrophyllite and other non-metallic minerals. After seven years of market anneal, Vsunny has built or is building nearly 20 vertical mill production lines in the mainland.
The crushed aggregates are transported by a conveyor, fall on the central grinding table along the central funnel as the computer controls the number of feeding, and throw out in the light of the centrifugal force. After being ground by a hydraulic control roller and grinding table clearance, the crushed powder rise along the updraft transmitted by the diversion trench around the grinding table. Due to the different thickness of powder, the rising speeds are different; crude powder will fall again to the grinding table due to large self-weight and is ground again together with the aggregates, while fine powder will rise with the airstream and is classified by the classifying system above the main system. Using the five or more classifier above the main system, fine powder can be initially classified. In the classification process, under the action of the centrifugal force, hydraulic resistance and gravity and so on, inferior powder greater than the convergent point will be sent back to the central hopper in the grinding miller and ground again with the aggregates; top-grade powder smaller than the convergent point will become qualified powder along with the airflow.

4.After being improved, rollers, grinding table, diversion systems and internal circulation systems can greatly improve the grinding efficiency and improve output by 15%~30% compared to the same type of domestic products, and can save electricity by 30%~60% compared to ball mills, etc.
