Schreier filling stations for different types of packages (e. g. BIGBAG, container or barrel) and for different package sizes in design being appropriate for calibration. Because of the central lifting column, the access is possible from three sides.

The fully automatic control enables the integration into a process control system. According to the type of package to be filled, the filling head, for being sealed, will be equipped with a blowing collar or with a filler cover and with initiators.

BIGBAG filling: The holding arms are moving upwards into horizontal position. A pallet will be put onto the balance and the BIGBAG loops will be hanged into the holding arms. The inlet socket, slipped over the filling pipe, will be sealed by means of blowing collar. The filling process begins after having tightened the BIGBAG and after having blown up the same with air.

Container filling: The container will be positioned on the balance by means of centering angular steels and by means of interrogation through initiators. The filling head moves into the container, the blowing collar seals and the filling process starts.

Barrel filling: According to the diameter of barrel, an adapter piece will be inserted for compensating the different infeed openings. The roller conveyor supports the supply of barrel. After the positioning by means of centering angular steels, the filling head moves into the barrel, the blowing collar seals and the filling process starts.
