Für den Schutz von im Unterdruck betriebenen Staubfiltern mit auftretenden explosionsfähigen Staub-Luftgemischen hat Scheuch eine eigene Explosionsklappe entwickelt, welche von DMT geprüft wurde und eine effektiven Entlastungsfläche von 0,32 m² bei Pred. 0,3 bar. Je nach benötigtem Öffnungsquerschnitt werden ein oder mehrere Explosionsklappen am Filtergehäuse zur Druckentlastung angeordnet.
