Continuous mills are much more suitable for grinding raw material homogeneously in large amounts with less manpower and more efficiency. Continuous mills are made of two parts; mill drum and drive unit. Design of the mill changes up on the process type, where it’s been used, etc. According to grinding media, process type, grinded media size and other parameters, cylindrical or conical continuous mills are designed, manufactured and assembled by REMAS.
Remas also produces batch mills from 500lt to 50.000lt capacity. RSD 8000 and higher capacity ball mills are built currved-end type, RSD 5000 and smaller capacity ones are built flat-end type. But due to the special needs all capacities can be built as flat or curved end typed. Curved-end type ball mills has an advantage of being suitable for pressured-rapid discharge. Assembly and start-up of those ball mills are done by qualified REMAS technicians.
For a dry grinding operation, to decrease the humidity in the input material is necessary in most of the conditions. To obtain the desired humidty level of the raw material rotary dryers are custom designed for your specific processing needs. Whether you require low or high inlet temperatures, short or long residence times, counter-current or co-current flow, REMAS's design team can design a rotary dryer system for your application.
