Heinlein is a world-renowned manufacturer of closure and dosing systems and supplies primary packaging with high added value. Heinlein products are used worldwide for a wide range of solutions in the pharmaceutical and medical industries, for lifestyle products or even in the area of food and nutritional supplements: Here, we are among the best-performing suppliers in these industries. The technical know-how, corresponding experience with the worldwide use of our products and consistent support offer the best possible conditions for the development of optimal packaging solutions. Simplifying the dosage and administration of drugs, increasing safety and reducing process costs - these are the goals that drive our development work! Innovative injection molding technologies and inline production form the basis for the manufacture of sophisticated packaging materials. Our machine park currently comprises around sixty injection molding and assembly machines from renowned manufacturers such as Arburg, Krauss-Maffei and Netstal, some of which are already equipped with hybrid drives. Production takes place under low-germ conditions, depending on requirements also in clean rooms. With intelligently coordinated process sequences, our production is fully designed for high speeds and compliance with high hygiene standards. We have equipped our injection molding machines with state-of-the-art camera systems that monitor every closure. We process appropriate pharmaceutical grade material with the required approval and are certified according to ISO 15378, 13485 and 9001. Heinlein promotes ideas for greater energy efficiency and resource-saving manufacturing processes. Likewise, we deal with ecological starting materials such as bioplastics and the further processing of recyclates.
