The Smart Sleeve Pack SF800SP from Smart-Flow is a foldable, stackable and stable plastic pallet box and a robust, sustainable alternative to metal mesh boxes and cartons.
It consists of three parts: a filled-in base, the folding box as well as a compact 10 mm thick lid, which are precisely placed on a plastic pallet with skids.

The innovative Smart-Lock locking system secures and protects the load, keeps the pallet folding box firmly together and ensures trouble-free transport. The simple one-click assembly and disassembly and the two handles integrated in the lid offer more working ergonomics and easy handling.

One folding box can carry 400 kg. Four pallet boxes can be stacked stably on top of each other, with a total load capacity of 1600 kg. Due to the high-quality material, the Smart Sleeve Pack is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

When folded, it can be stacked in the truck to optimise space and offers an empties return rate of up to 75 percent. No additional packaging or strapping is required for the box, so there are no additional disposal costs for packaging waste. In the spirit of "reusable instead of disposable", the Smart Sleeve Pack is permanently reusable and can be 100 percent recyclable and is therefore a guaranteed sustainable packaging solution.
