Filling machine

The Filling system LW is the perfect solution if you want to stay flexible in your production.
One machine of simple design for packing various products.
Weighing range: 0,3 (or less) to 5 litres
All parts in contact with the product are removable without tools.
Filling of cans, boxes, bags, etc.

The filling system is equipped with a weighing pan. The product flows from the filling tank to the dosing channel (coarse and fine dosing). This dosing system, controlled by the scale, doses the pre-set weight into the weighing pan, from where it is then transferred to the recipient to be filled.

How does it work?
The operator initiates the dosing filling process according to the programmed parameters. The dosing element (vibrating channel) doses the product from the filling tank into the weighing pan. As soon as the programmed weight is reached, the dosage stops and a display on the control panel indicates the end of the dosing / weighing process.

The operator holds the recipient to be filled under the outlet. By pressing a button on the control panel or by activating a foot pedal the operator issues the order to empty the contents of the weighing pan into the container to be filled. 
The filled container has to be replaced by a new empty container
