The Scaldis C & C XL is a stand-alone single head capper which can be equipped with either starwheels or clamps.
All movements are driven by separate servo motors which ensures:
- Smooth transfer in servo driven starwheel with adapted speeds for each format
- Ramp up/down possibility of starwheel to prevent splashing during positioning of container
- Flexibility in number of pockets in starwheels
- Torque adjustment during operation
- Large range of bottle formats
- Increased capacity - special designed starwheel to accommodate up to 10 liter jerry cans
- Higher capping capacity on larger containers (up to 2400 bph on 5 liter jerry cans)
The machine is equipped with safeguards to ensure operator safety and smooth and accurate operation, manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel makes it a durable machine, useable in heavy environments. All pneumatic components are from *FESTO to ensure a reliable & constant operation day in day out.
