Eco Wrap®, World’s First Certified Compostable Industrial Strength Stretch Film
Eco Wrap® is a specialty certified compostable wrapping film made with certified compostable res- in plus a tackifier additive. Eco Wrap® is designed to run on existing stretch film equipment by simply ad- justing the tension setting. Eco Wrap® users can ben- efit from material/waste reduction in the following ways. First, most applica- tions requiring three wraps of standard film can use two wraps of Eco Wrap® without sacrificing strength or protection. Second, Eco Wrap® is commercially cer- tified compostable* and may avoid tariffs, fines, and tip fees in areas where polyethylene is prohibited or restricted. Eco Wrap® is shelf and curb stable and will retain its integrity until disposed of properly. It can be used anywhere a stretch film is needed. Eco Wrap® is easily applied by adjusting (typically increasing) the tension on standard automatic “stretch wrapping” equipment.
