Trayformer TF / Lid Applying Machine TFW

The trayformer TF and the lid applying machine TFW have the same machine basis. Folding and gluing are specially designed for the various tasks and the resulting process.
A specific feature of this machine series: the trays and lids are erected from a flat blank and are then glued.
The trayformer can be upgraded with an additional module for bent corners and support racks for stackable trays. Additional inserted or glued side flaps are also possible.
The format range of the machine conforms to the customary national and international packing sizes. The format change is carried out quickly and without tools by means of the “J+P-simple-quick-change”.
