Case Filling Machine KV

The case filling machine Model KV packs single products (bags, boxes or blister packs) vertically in cases or trays.
A specific feature of the process is: the products are always transported horizontally during infeeding, grouping and filling. An optimal equalisation of the content in the primary packaging is maintained and, due to this, a high fill level of product in the end-of line packaging is guaranteed. The trays, American cases or boxes to be filled are pre-erected and supplied externally to the machine and can be closed after the filling process. The case filling machine KV can be very flexibly combined with tray and case erectors, box stackers, case closers and lid applying machines.
The format range of the machine conforms to the customary national and international packing sizes. The format change is carried out quickly and without tools by means of the “J+P-simple-quick-change”.
