Absolute flexibility!
With the UNIROB Intermixing system, sales units with different types or flavors can be flexibly configured and packaged. The previously erected trays or another packaging unit are transported, for example, by a carrier belt or alternatively by the R.WEISS ISS system. The unmixed products are fed in via several picker belts. This can be done directly from ongoing production, or by manually providing the products.
The packaging units are loaded in a continuous flow using the top-loading process. Using the R.WEISS Delta Picker, the products are placed in the packaging unit using gripping or suction technology according to the predefined packing pattern, which can however be configured as required.
Exemplary applications are the packaging of chocolate bars, pralines, or hygiene products such as shampoo and creams. The UNIROB intermixing systems are used wherever maximum flexibility is required for changing products, packing patterns and mixing ratios. Maximum productivity, high cycle times and absolute precision are guaranteed by the reliable UNIROB design.
