The new series TURBINE represents the latest evolution of the traditional types of hammer mills and is characterized by the ease of assembly and cleaning operations, due to the comfortable access to the screen and grinding elements through the frontal door. The accuracy in the choice of materials of construction and finish makes these mills particularly suitable for use in the food and pharmaceutical field.
The size reduction process is simple but very effective due to the very high energy of the rotor and hammers that reach high peripheral speeds.
The hammer mills TURBINE require minimum maintenance , routine work is easy and can be performed by basic-skilled operatives. The wide range of classifying screens, available in sizes from 0,1 up to 10 mm., combined with the possibility of different shaft speeds results the optimum performance of the machine and considerable flexibility.
The hammer mills TURBINE are perfectly cleanable and sterilizable due to the easy extraction of the rotor and the calibration grid and are also available in cryogenic configuration.

What does it mean customized solid handling?

mixers, to homogenous blending of powders and powders with liquids, are realized in vertical and horizontal version. Vertical mixer can be used in vacuum and pressurized processes.
hammer mills, able to reduce to powder a variety of substances having different granulometric sizes (spices, sugars, cereals, dry and not vegetables, minerals, chemical and pharmaceutical compounds).
If required, considering particular characteristics of product (fat content, toughness, sensitivity to temperature), these mills can be configured in order to be suitable to run at cryogenic temperature;
cone mills, ideal to obtain a uniform size of the particles for substances with starting inhomogeneous particle size distribution;
jet mills, available for both R&D and production, purposely designed to meet extreme fineness requirements, these mills offer the possibility to obtain particles typically below 5 microns;
screw conveyor, one of the most simple and practical means for transport of solid material. This is an extremely versatile device that allows its use in the most different industrial sectors such as mining, chemical, foodstuff and pharmaceutical;
weighing and bag filling units, simple as reliable equipment, consisting basically of a tank or hopper, of a transport system (screw or vibrating) and of a weighing unit, whose control is acting directly on the extracting screw, modulating the screw speed in order to obtain the fast approaching to the selected weight.
