UnicaTWIN has been projected and patented for the automation of the powder ingredients weighing operations used in the food industry. The powder ingredients are stored in stainless steel silos with a capacity of 100 l. and the products are dosed through stainless steel screws. The ingredients are dosed into buckets which are manually or by an automatic conveyor system placed on the automatic weighing trolley equipped with an electronic scale. The system can be equipped by double scale to allow simultaneously dosing. The weighing trolley automatically positions the buckets under the silo containing the ingredient to be dosed, then slides to the final position where the operator can collect the weighed recipe. The system is managed through a touch-screen computer on the main control panel. The PC stores all the production recipes therefore making it possible to select the recipes and to view the components. All the information can be password protected.

The storage silos in stainless steel AISI 304 are independent and removable. Each silo is equipped with independent and removable top covers and with removable screw covers.

EFFICIENT FILTERING SYSTEM
An efficient filtering system ensures perfect machine cleaning during the automatic weighing and manual refilling operations by capturing volatile powder and conveying it to the filters installed on the machine.

The recipe selection is on the touch screen panel, all weight operation carried out by UNICA TWIN are save and made available for a perfect traceability. Moreover your know-how can be protected with the use of an encrypted operative software.
Accessing a protected area, you will be able to check your production process, monitor and verify the daily, monthly production.
AUTOMATIC BUCKETS LOADING/UNLOADING SYSTEM
UNICA TWIN can be equipped, in optional, with an automatic buckets loading/unloading system.
