High-performance, blow-through type sieving machine with accurate classification with screen.
Hi-Bolter is a high-performance, blow-through type sieving machine designed to classify particles accurately with the screen. Powder fed into Hi-Bolter is dispersed in a stream of air and passed the static screen, allowing the accurate sieving of powder in micron orders that is not possible with conventional vibration type sieving machines and wind-force classifiers. Furthermore, Hi-Bolter can be also used as the sieving machine for cutting/checking coarse powder.
Hi-Bolter can handle a variety of different powder materials and products, giving high-added value and improving the quality of materials/products. Hi-Bolter can also sieve powders containing moisture or oils, or electrically charged powders, which are difficult to handle with conventional machines.
